If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your online purchase, you may return your item in original condition within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
For purchases made online, you can return your item by sending it back to us via courier and we will refund the cost of your product purchased in full. Approved refunds will be credited the same way payment was originally made, you will need to supply us with our Return Form. Please click here
For purchases made in store, where a change of mind has happened, we will only offer an in store credit.
If the item is faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price.
Please note purchases made on Sale/Clearance or discounted items are full and final.
Items returned to us will be at the customers own cost.
We will not accept any returns as 'cash on delivery for postage'.
We also recommend that you send your return back via a trackable method of postage, as we will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels.
All goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
All items returned should be unworn and have all their labels attached.
Footwear should not have been worn or damaged. The shoebox must be in original condition.
You will also need to supply your Return Form enclosed with your order or your contact details: Name, Address, Phone number, Mobile number and your order reference number. Also, please include a note informing us of the reason for the return.
