Online Orders (Full Price Items)

• You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it 

 

• Items must be: 
• Unworn 

• In original condition 

• With all tags attached 



Refunds (Full Priced Items)


• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method 

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Exchanges (Sizing Help)


• Ordered the wrong size? 

• Get in touch — we’re happy to arrange an exchange if stock is available

 

 

Return Shipping

 

                • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility 
                • We recommend using a tracked courier, as items remain your responsibility until received

Footwear

 

To ensure the highest standard of hygiene and quality:

• Footwear must be tried on indoors only 

• Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, and with original         packaging 

• Full price footwear may be returned in line with our returns policy

• Sale footwear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged   unless faulty

 


 

Sale & Discounted Items (Instore and Online):

We know shopping online isn’t always easy, so please choose items carefully. 

 

• All sale items are final sale 

• We do not offer refunds on sale items 

• If available, we may offer an exchange or store credit

 

 

In-Store Purchases

 

Please note this returns policy applies to online purchases only. When shopping in-store, you have the advantage of being able to try items on before purchasing, so we do not offer refunds on in-store purchases for change of mind.

 

That said, we do want you to love what you buy ❤️


• Full price items may be: 

• Exchanged within 14 days of purchase, or

• Returned for a store credit (valid for 3 years) 


As long as they are:

• In original condition 

• With all tags attached 

 

Heavily discounted/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

 

Your rights under this returns policy are additional to the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
